+ What is the maximum capacity?

The barn pavilion can accommodate up to 150 people for a seated reception. With outside seating the maximum capacity is 200.

+ Do you offer catering?

Yes, we do. We have a professional chef and on-site catering kitchen. We offer a customized menu to accommodate your individual preferences.

+ Do you allow outside caterers?

Yes, we do. However, there is a fee for using an outside caterer. We highly recommend scheduling a consult with our Private Chef before you decide on another service. With us as your private caterer, we assure you that the cuisine at your wedding will be unmatched!

+ Can I bring my own alcohol?

No. Unfortunately, due to liability reasons, we can not allow outside beer/wine/liquor to be brought into the venue. We have a preferred vendor that we work with and guarantee the best prices in Athens!

+ Are you pet-friendly?

Yes, we are! Feel free to include your furry friend in your celebration! However, there are no pets allowed in the cabin or barn pavilion kitchen.

+ When is the final balance due?

Your final balance will be due 90 days prior to your event.

+ What is required to reserve the wedding date?

To reserve your date, you must pay a non-refundable deposit of $1000. You can pay in full or create a customized payment plan that works for you. The remaining balance will be due 90 days prior to your wedding date.

+ Do you have onsite parking?

Yes, there is ample parking on the property. We also provide a parking attendant for large weddings/events.

+ Do you have overnight accommodation?

Yes, there is a lakeside cabin that you can reserve for the night before and the night after your wedding. The cabin sleeps 9 people, 10 with a roll out cot.

+ Is there a clean-up fee?

No, there are no additional fees for set up or break down. Client is required to follow check-out instructions that are given at time of arrival which includes cleaning instructions.
